Renault, Havas Play and bem.builders launch the first multiplayer car race on the gaming platform The Sandbox.

On 6 June 2024, the multiplayer gaming experience RENAULT 5 - R5VOLUTION RACE lands on The Sandbox (sandbox.game), an online and immersive gaming platform with more than 5 million users registered [1] to promote the launch of the electric version of the iconic car Renault 5 (R5).
 
On the initiative of Renault and commissioned by Havas Play, bem.builders has built the first multiplayer car race on The Sandbox. This experience is part of the international cross-platform campaign #MODDER5, directed by Havas Play to promote Renault on the most famous social gaming worlds, including Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft.

Specialising in building immersive experiences in virtual worlds since 2021, multi-awarded studio bem.builders focuses on adding value to brands, increasing their reach and sales through virtual worlds, the new haven of Generations Z and Alpha. bem.builders has crafted this multiplayer race around the comeback of an iconic model of Renault: the R5. The gaming experience highlights the R5 new technology, its blend of tradition and vanguardism, through a colourful and free experience open to all, driving users straight to the point. The game stages the character RENO, the brand’s new AI-driven travel companion, at the service of the driver.
